Communications Management is one of the project management techniques that involves managing all aspects of the internal and external project or program communications with project and program stakeholders. This involves creating, receiving, disseminating, and storing project information. Larger projects and programs require the formal documentation of a communications management plan, whereas in smaller projects, the plan can be documented in the overall project and program plan.
