The IMS is a crtical deliverable of a program and lists all the events of the program in a detailed manner allowing for the detailed day to day execution of the program’s activities. The plan also includes a timeline that shows the detailed delivery of various aspects of the program. The IMS is similar to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) with the exception that the IMS is much more granular and includes the time dimension.
